The conference will appeal to a wide variety of organizations and indviduals who are interested in the natural, cultural, and socio-economic values arising from rivers and their watersheds. The conference is being hosted at the five-star Delta Prince Edward Hotel overlooking the Hillsborough Canadian Heritage River estuary in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
The main theme of the conference is 'Rivers: Building Nations... Sustaining Peoples'
